Kleo charges providers a per‑connection fee to unlock chat with interested clients or to contact clients via the job board. Clients do not pay Kleo for contacting providers.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the payment ID, date, and a brief explanation. We usually respond within 3–5 business days.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, provider access may be restricted until the charge is successfully completed.
